Our policy when taking a reservation is to take a 50% deposit of the total price to secure the booking. This 50% is refundable should you cancel within one month of the reservation date. Should you cancel less than one month before your reservation date, then this deposit will then become non-refundable. During the months of July and August this grace period is shortened to 2 months advanced warning required.  If the client is a ´no show´ they lose any monies previously paid up to the date of cancellation.

LOW: January / February / November / December

MEDIUM: March / April / May / June

MED/ HIGH: September / October / Christmas / Easter

HIGH: July / August
