RONDA
The beautiful, historic city of Ronda is approximately 50 kilometres away from Bena Vista (45 minutes by road). It’s 800 metres above sea level and divided by the deep El Tajo Gorge and Rio Guadalevín. The Puente Nuevo (new bridge), which was built in the 18th century, spans the gorge and offers its visitors amazing and dramatic views of the Serranía de Ronda mountain range. Ronda is also home to one of the oldest bullrings in Spain.
Join our excursion and travel by coach to Algeciras and then take the mountain train to Ronda, travelling on the single track line built over 100 years ago. You will see spectacular mountain scenery, traditional white villages and delightful Victorian stations, much of which can only be seen from the train. In Ronda you can explore the old Moorish town and admire the view from the Puente Nuevo, before rejoining the coach for the scenic journey back to the coast.

• Shop for a day and pick up a duty free bargain!
• Take a Rock Tour in the morning (there’s still time for shopping later on!). The mini coach will take you on a fascinating tour of the Rock, stopping at St Michael’s Cave, Upper Rock and the Barbary apes. The driver will drop you off in Main Street, leaving you time to check out the shops and snap up some duty free bargains.
• Board “DOLPHIN WORLD” and see the fun and friendly, wild dolphins in the Bay of Algeciras. The excellent commentary on board will make this a very special adventure for everyone, and there’s even time to visit the shops afterwards.

SEVILLE
Seville is the beautiful capital city of Andalucía. The coach will briefly tour around the city, incorporating a visit to the majestic Plaza de España, La Giralda (the symbol of Seville) and the largest cathedral in the world. Then explore the city independently (with optional lunch) and perhaps take a cruise on the river or ride in a horse-drawn carriage.

NERJA
The famous Caves of Nerja are the third most visited tourist site in Spain, famous for their stalactites, stalagmites and the largest column in the world measuring 32 metres in height and located in the “Cataclysmic Hall”. The 4,000 metres of caves were inhabited for over 20,000 years and many artefacts can be seen, including prehistoric paintings, in the museum attached.
Join our excursion and stop en route to the caves for a traditional Spanish mid-morning snack of churros with coffee and hot chocolate.
